NEW fnf ifive mini 4s can't charge can't turn on

Hello guys

I just bought and got yesterday a new ifive mini 4s tablet.

Unfortunately it doesn’t charge nor is turning on, never did in my hands.

Before i send it back i would like to be sure that this is a defected deviceand not a problem caused from a very low sleeping battery or something elseeasy to fix.

Please tell me what exactly I would have to do to turn it on,…maybe it is only a matter the right touch .

Keep in mind that I tried already to charge it with his own charger forover 16hours and nothing happened.

Also keep in mind that I checked the charger nothing is wrong with thecharger it charges other devices with no problem.

I pushed the power button many times for over 50seconds and nothing.

I pushed gently the factory reset button and nothing.
